Customer Experience
Ensure a consistently outstanding customer experience by setting high standards for service, product knowledge, and engagement. Foster a customer-centric culture within the store, instilling a sense of trust, loyalty, and satisfaction among our customer base.
Merchandising and Visual Presentation
Oversee the visual presentation of the store, ensuring a visually appealing and well-organized environment that reflects our brand identity. Collaborate with the merchandising team to optimize product displays, drive product visibility, and create compelling in-store experiences that inspire customers.
Operations and Inventory Management Ensure efficient store operations, including cash handling, inventory management, and loss prevention measures. Maintain accurate records of inventory, analyze stock levels, and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure product availability. Implement operational processes and standards to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
Candidates must possess at least Bachelor Degree in any Major.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving sales growth.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make effective decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required by the retail schedule.
Have basic Microsoft Office skills.
Willing to be placed around area Jawa Timur (Tulungagung, Trenggalek, Ngawi).
